Hindernis (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://hindernisholsters.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

2. Lead Times

Lead times are a hard reality of a custom holster environment. All lead times posted on the site are APPROXIMATE and subject to change. However, if you need a Holster, look no further. Our Quick Ship Holsters are already made, stocked, and ready to ship within a few days.

Customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the website and shipping provider.

3. Cancellations & Returns

Once orders are placed there is no cancellation. Once your order has begun no changes can be made. Holsters MAY ONLY BE RETURNED due to a Manufacturing DEFECT and will be subject to evaluation of the product.

All products undergo strict quality control before heading out to our clients.

Hindernis is not responsible for any damages to products due to shipping and handling errors from Couriers or Postnet.

Returns of ANY ITEM SOLD by Hindernis are at the sole discretion of the Company and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  All returns will be for the clients account.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

4.Custom Orders

Please make sure you understand that all Custom Products are made to order to your required specifications.

NO RETURNS on Any Custom orders (weapon system not on the website) will be accepted. Custom orders are made to clients specifications.

Weapon Mounted Lights/ Attachments to be sent to Hindernis HQ at the client’s expense only after contacting us at info@hindernis.co.za

5. Molding Indemnity

When placing a custom order and the firearm needs to be checked in with a dealer. Hindernis does not take any resposibility for damages, scratches, scuffs or any deformaty of the firearm/firearm parts or magazines.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

IF A PRODUCT IS MODIFIED IN ANY WAY THIS WARRANTY WILL BE VOID

{HOLSTERS, MAG POUCHES}

Scratched, scuffed, or minor damage suffered during use and/or training will NOT be replaced or covered under the Hindernis LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Products MAY ONLY BE RETURNED due to a Manufacturing DEFECT and will be subject to evaluation of product.

Products return and collection will be on the buyer’s expense. Only after contacting us at info@hindernis.co.za

Products will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Hindernis.
